I love to garden! I've always admired that person in town with the pristine lawn and landscaping. We all have that neighbor, right? They're out the second the snow melts mowing their lawns and trimming hedges....while you roll your eyes from your living room window. Not that I do this to my neighbor or anything. I swear he snow blows the slush off his lawn in the spring.
This garden is lined with pallet fences and FREE rocks. I call this garden, "Country Chic." It's a beautiful clutter of flowers and rustic country junk mixed throughout. I love it.
My boyfriend found this old tricycle. It adds rustic charm to this country garden. The birdcage is from JoAnn's, I believe, and it sits atop an old ashtray stand. I took the ash tray part off and had my boyfriend rig a piece of metal and a bolt through the cage to hold it in place. Then, my favorite part, I spray painted the whole thing!
Check these out! My boyfriend welded the flower out of a land marker, two scrap metal leaves, and a fan blade! The metal sphere was the barrel pictured in the above pictures. The barrel fell apart when we tried moving it, so we reused the metal bands by drilling holes and adding a threaded metal rod and nuts to make this neat sphere!
I guess I'm partial to the super cute pitbull lawn ornament, lol!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Until next time,
Hey! You'll love these too!
